2. Use & Disclosure
Your health information is accessible only to authorized healthcare staff, nurses, and caregivers assigned directly to your care. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information to third parties under any circumstances. Information is shared with Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Alberta Blue Cross solely for Client Directed Home Care (CDHCI) direct billing authorization and quality assurance.

All electronic medical records and communications are encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL protocols. Physical documentation is stored securely in compliant facilities accessible only by designated privacy officers.
